Excellent Customer Service.

We booked a last minute holiday online and was not certain if it was going to happen. But Krishna called back under 12 hours of booking to help us get a place. She was very patient and understanding as we went back and forth on the choice of hotel, date and flight times. She used her personal code to get us discounts and advised that we can get in touch at anytime during the holiday if there was any concern.
